★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato 2 ordini su amazon la cui spedizione è stata affidata a DHL. Un disastro: una spedizione è tornata indietro ma risultava consegnata, salvo poi sapere dal venditore che era tornata indietro senza preavviso. La seconda risulta tornata indietro perché non hanno trovato nessuno. Premetto che io e la mia famiglia siamo in casa da ormai 3 settimane h 24 a causa del covid, quindi era impossibile che non avessero trovato nessuno. Probabilmente, non riuscendo ad effettuare in tempo tutte le consegne previste, qualcosa torna indietro. Quando provi a chiamare parte la segreteria e non risponde nessuno. Professionalità e serietà sotto alle scarpe, veramente! Vergognoso!
 I placed 2 orders on amazon whose shipment was entrusted to DHL. A disaster: a shipment came back but was delivered, only to know from the seller that it had returned without notice. The second is turned back because they have not found anyone. I state that my family and I have been at home for 3 weeks now 24 hours due to the covid, so it was impossible that they had not found anyone. Probably, failing to make all the expected deliveries on time, something comes back. When you try to call the answering machine starts and nobody answers. Professionalism and seriousness under the shoes, really! Shameful!
