Ho telefonato per sapere se il mio pacco era arrivato in sede e chi mi ha risposto, dopo pochi squilli e al primo tentativo, è stato cortese e felice di aiutarmi ad avere informazioni sul pacco che attendevo.
Comprensibile che la motivazione a scrivere una recensione sia più alta quando qualcosa va storto. Tuttavia rispetto alle recensioni che leggo ho trovato un servizio di qualità elevata da parte di Bartolini.

Understandably, the motivation to write a review is higher when something goes wrong. However, compared to the reviews I read I found a high quality service from Bartolini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non é possibile ogni volta che aspetto un pacco da BRT di Verbania è una tragedia, la prima consegna il corriere mi telefona per il ritiro ma ha sbagliato paese in vece di consegnarlo a Pieve Vergonte lo ha portato a Canobbio a una 30 ina di chilometri a distanza, non si preoccupi lo consegnamo domani a Pieve Vergonte, ecco sono le 18,00 del giorno dopo ma il pacco non é ancora arrivato, vado a vedere in internet e dicono mancata consegna, telefono a BRT di Verbania Gravellona toce per sapere e sto in attesa senza risposta dopo una decina di tentativi sono arrivate le 18,30 e mettono la segreteria, è una grandissima vergona ho un macchinario fermo aspetto questo ricambio come oro, e questi personaggi mi fanno aspettare per la loro inesperienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto aspettando il mio pacco da 2 giorni, una SIM card, quindi diciamo che ho una certa urgenza di riceverla; dovevano consegnarmela ieri nel pomeriggio come indicato dalla mail che ho ricevuto, non si è visto nessuno, lo stesso vale per la giornata di oggi, tutto il giorno a casa ad aspettare, e puntualizzo che pur avendo chiamato la sede stamattina volendo lasciare il mio recapito telefonico così d’avere la possibilità di potermi muovere, non ho risolto nulla; mi è stato risposto che non accettano i numeri telefonici e di aspettare che o la mattina o il pomeriggio avrebbero consegnato!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ imbarazzanti, spedizione resa al mittente senza neanche trovare una soluzione per consegnare il pacco,dicono che i mezzi non passano,ma da me passano betoniere e camion senza problemi,sarebbe bastato un 35 quintali e un po' di voglia di consegnare la merce,ho ricevuto un parco giochi con travi da 2,5mt ovviamente non erano loro i corrieri, peccato non si possano dare zero stelle cercherò di non utilizzare mai più questo corriere

giorni! La loro giustificazione: non avevamo il vostro recapito tel. Chissà come mai il fornitore dice il contrario, forse nel periodo natalizio è più comodo consegnare i pacchettini piccoli.. adesso x colpa loro le gomme che ho pagato precedentemente torneranno in ditta e ci vorranno altre 3/4 settimane prima di averle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato per il corriere di zona che è una persona di qualità, chiama sempre prima di consegnare: gentilissimo!!!. Non si può dire lo stesso del personale in ufficio e soprattutto del direttore di filiale. Contratto con BRT per le spedizioni , dopo 2 pacchi rotti durante le festività natalizie, e visto che non ci venivano restituiti i soldi ...300 euro di valore della merce ... Abbiamo deciso di non saldare le fatture. Dopo lunghe telefonate siamo riusciti a scontarle dai pacchi rotti, poi il deserto....
6 mesi di chiamate senza risposte, come anche le e-mail. Ed oggi per 1 kg di pacco ci chiedono 26 euro di spedizione ( in Veneto) .

Too bad for the local courier who is a quality person, always calls before delivering: very kind !!!. The same cannot be said of the staff in the office and especially the branch manager. Contract with BRT for shipments, after 2 packages broken during the holiday season, and since we were not returned the money ... 300 euros worth of the goods ... We decided not to pay the invoices. After long phone calls we managed to discount them from the broken packages, then the desert ....
6 months of unanswered calls, as well as e-mails. And today for 1 kg of parcel they ask us for 26 euros for shipping (in Veneto).
Professionalism to the max, congratulations !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per due volte hanno detto di non essere riusciti a consegnare per "indirizzo incompleto" quando su pacco e bolla di accompagnamento erano indicati tutti i dati possibili e immaginabili, tra cui anche il mio numero di telefono, che ovviamente nessuno si è degnato di chiamare. Alle mail e ai ticket non rispondono, stessa cosa per il call center. Alla fine mi sono andata a ritirare il pacco in sede, ma la prossima volta agirò diversamente. Comodo farsi pagare per un servizio che poi non viene fornito per scorrettezza e/o negligenza degli operatori. Pessimi.
