Naturalmente... nessun avviso circa la nuova data di consegna. Centralino informazioni inesistente nonostante gli alti costi del servizio. Pessima esperienza. Mai più. Bad service. It took them six days to bring an envelope from Toulouse to Rome despite the "only" 4 days foreseen at the time of taking charge. Of course ... no notice about the new delivery date. Information switchboard non-existent despite the high cost of the service. Bad experience. Never again.
E	Eliana Randò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato il corriere l'intera giornata ma nessuno si è presentato e anzi, dal tracking è emerso che io avrei rifiutato la consegna (vorrei averne prova visto che non esiste) ...complimentoni anche al servizio cliente (inesistente) oppure sotto lauto compenso....un pò di voglia di lavorare a questi fattorini non guasterebbe...peccato che il corriere non si possa scegliere altrimenti di certo non userei DHL.....dimenticavo mi scrivono che " Gentile Cliente, a causa dell'elevato numero di richieste di assistenza che stiamo ricevendo, legate all'attuale elevato picco di spedizioni ed ai possibili ritardi per maltempo, potrebbe essere necessario più tempo del solito per ricevere una risposta dai nostri agenti del Servizio Clienti. Ci scusiamo per il disagio e la preghiamo di pazientare" PECCATO CHE DALLE PREVISIONI CI SIA SOLO SOLE IN ITALIA ....inventateve un' altra grazie...evitiamo di offendere l'intelligenza delle persone I waited for the courier the whole day but no one showed up and indeed, from the tracking it emerged that I would have refused the delivery (I would like to have proof since it does not exist) ... congratulations also to the customer service (non-existent) or under high remuneration .... a little desire to work for these messengers would not hurt ... it is a pity that the courier cannot be chosen otherwise I certainly would not use DHL ..... Verso le 18:30 ho spedito un plico urgente per l'estero contenente documenti e il mattino seguente alle 11:30 era già tra le mani del destinatario, in perfetto orario. Il servizio forse è un po' costoso ma sono soldi ben spesi. Molto soddisfatta. Congratulations indeed: efficient and very fast! At around 6:30 pm I sent an urgent package for abroad containing documents and the following morning at 11:30 it was already in the hands of the recipient, right on time. The service may be a little expensive but it is well worth the money. Very satisfied.

Il giorno seguente il pacco è giunto a destinazione. Very efficient, I was immediately welcomed to the office where they checked the contents of the package, closed by them. The following day the parcel arrived at its destination.

Sono stata immediatamente contatta dal servizio clienti che con gentilezza e professionalità mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per risolvere il problema ed avviato tutte le pratiche per il rimborso della spedizione non andata a buon fine. Servizio clienti da 5+ stelle! Ciò che non mi è affatto piaciuto è stato che durante l’ispezione del contenuto del pacco (che ha richiesto l’apertura dello stesso) il contenuto sia stato irrimediabilmente danneggiato. Parlo di oggetti di scarso valore per i quali non sarebbe valsa la pena far polemica, ma ciò non toglie che avrebbero dovuto maneggiare il contenuto con più delicatezza. Magazzinieri 0 stelle. M	Maurizio Pardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. dovevo ricevere la seguente spedizione CA395192607DE dalla Germania CON DHL Martedì 1 03 mi è arrivato un messaggio il 24 Feb il corriere non riesce a localizzare l'indirizzo di consegna, stesso messaggio il 25 Feb Vado a DHL di Monte Rotondo e non ne sanno niente il loro computer dice che è stato consegnato ad altro corriere. Pare SDA. sono dei pecioni. Bad service. I had to receive the following shipment CA395192607DE from Germany WITH DHL Tuesday 1 03 I received a message on 24 Feb the courier cannot locate the delivery address, same message on 25 Feb I go to DHL in Monte Rotondo and they don't know anything about it their computer says it was delivered to another courier.
