★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Waited the whole day 09 - 18 for GLS courier to show up on behalf of Eurosender. They did not show up - basically according to GLS the parcel could not be picked up as further address information was needed (my address was wrong, there was no doorbell to my building, no name on my door); the goods to be picked up were not packed etc... all kind of stupid excuses. They'll lie before they ever apologize, so there's no point arguing. Finally it took 7 days to deliver within EU. My first and last GLS experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a negative star I would. GLS Italy is the absolute worst courier service we have EVER dealt with. They never answer the phones, it is impossible to get past their automated menu in order to speak to a real person, the website reports that deliveries have been attempted but it is obvious the driver is either a blatant liar or too lazy to exit the vehicle and ring the citofono. The tracking log reports that we were absent when they tried to deliver but we were home every time. When tracking says we should expect a delivery it turns out to be unreliable...which is the word that sums up this company. UNRELIABLE. As a result some of our children's Christmas presents that were ordered and shipped two weeks ago will probably not arrive in time for Christmas morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said the product had been delivered which was untrue. Never called. No reply on the phone. Had to drive 45 mins there and back to pick it up and the depot. They couldn't find my package when I was there... Still waiting here. Terrible courier service. Wouldn't be surprised if my package is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said no one was any home - not really true as we were two people at home. Never got call never got any paper trace left, in addition day after according to the web site parcel is still not in delivery and all of this after 8 days for a parcel from Sardegna. Even if it was coming from the North Pole it would arrived after a week. Really bad and disappointing service. Not to mention telephones are useless. And we are not talking about 3rd world country here.
