Più di un corriere ha il vizio di segnalare che è passato senza passare nessuno anche quando c'era una famiglia in attesa/in quarantena. Negli ultimi tempi si è iniziato a perdere i pacchi o a non sapere dove siano. La disponibilità e la professionalità di pochi corrieri non riesce purtroppo a sopperire a tutto il resto. Delivery times are hardly respected. More than one courier has the habit of reporting that it passed without anyone even when there was a family waiting / in quarantine. M	Marco Bevilacqua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta Bartolini era il numero 1 a Roma, adesso invece vedo che la disorganizzazione regna quanto meno nella sede di Fiano Abbiamo ordinato della merce nel portale zooplus per la quale è stata pagata la consegna alla porta, il corriere, secondo lo storico della spedizione, ha fatto "finta" di aver tentato la consegna 2 volte e di aver lasciato il rispettivo avviso affisso nei citofoni... In realtà nessuno ha mai citofonato o lasciato il suddetto avviso. Morale della favola mia madre (la quale ha dei problemi di salute) si è vista costretta ad andare a ritirare il pacco di 13 kg di persona in un BRT point distante più di qualche km da casa nonostante l'operatrice al telefono le avesse assicurato che il pacco sarebbe arrivato a casa sua oggi. Siamo davvero molto delusi, non è assolutamente un modo professionale di lavorare. Nell'attesa arriva la mail che possono venire o nel pomeriggio o direttamente il giorno seguente perchè il corriere ha un giro in una zona lontana dalla mia e quindi non riesce a rispettare l'appuntamento.
