★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho aspettato a casa il pacco tutto il giorno. il corriere non ha mai suonato il campanello, ed alla sera mi son trovato l'avviso di mancata consegna. ..... a questo punto dubito anche che sia mai passato.... se devo venire a prendemi i pacchi che servizio è ?
 I've been waiting at home for the package all day. the courier never rang the bell, and in the evening I found the non-delivery notice. ..... at this point I also doubt that it ever passed .... if I have to come and get the parcels what service is it?

Dopo avermi inviato istruzioni circa l' imballare perfettamente il pacco, arriva l'addetto a casa intimandomi in malo modo di aprirlo perché doveva ispezionarlo. Così si mette a frugare, a mani nude e senza mascherina, all'interno del pacco, bestemmiando in risposta alle nostre lamentele.
Service of taking charge of the parcel from home: very bad. After sending me instructions on how to perfectly pack the package, the attendant arrives at the house and gives me a bad order to open it because he had to inspect it. So he starts rummaging, with his bare hands and without a mask, inside the package, cursing in response to our complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mattinata mo hanno detto che potevo ritirare il pacco entro le 16. Intorno alle 15.30 mi hanno chiamato che potevo ritirare appena sta sera...ma allora non mi dite la mattina che sicuro entro le 16 posso ritirarlo.
In the morning they said that I could collect the package by 4 pm. Around 3.30 pm they called me that I could collect it as soon as this evening ... but then don't tell me in the morning that I can certainly collect it by 4 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordiamoci che i CORRIERI sono molto fondamentali per fare andare avanti aziede, ospedali, fabbriche ecc.. e alle volte non ci rendiamo conto di questo e pensiamo solo a lamentarci perché il pacco con dentro le nostre "ciabatte" è arrivato con 1 giorno di ritardo. Bisognerebbe portare più rispetto e provare a chiedersi se fossimo capaci noi di fare il loro lavoro, stando ore e ore in strada al freddo, con la neve, con la pioggia, con 40 gradi ecc.. perciò ogni corriere può avere le sue problematiche o i suoi intoppi ma non per questo bisogna puntare sempre il dito contro.. E pensate che se i corrieri e i camionisti si fermano per solo 2 giorni l Italia si blocca...
Let's remember that COURIERS are very fundamental to keep companies, hospitals, factories, etc. going ahead and sometimes we don't realize this and we only think about complaining because the package with our "slippers" inside arrived 1 day late . We should have more respect and try to ask ourselves if we were able to do their job, staying hours and hours on the street in the cold, with the snow, with the rain, with 40 degrees etc. its hitches but this does not mean that you must always point the finger at .. And think that if the couriers and truck drivers stop for only 2 days, Italy gets stuck ...

Hard to contact (at least DHL Italy): phone number is expensive and they usually interrupt the line so that you continuously pay without any service; forms on line doesn't work (and I filled'em correctly). Poor professionality and assistance when there is some issue. My advice: choose another courrier.
