Mi è stata consegnata in condizioni perfette (tagliandata e pulita sia gli interni che gli esterni). Il lato burocratico è stato super professionale, trasparente e sorprendentemente veloce (caratteristiche che difficilmente troverete nelle altre concessionarie, almeno non tutte e tre insieme). Un paio di giorni fa sono andata a fare il tagliando di routine. Anche in questa occasione la cortesia e professionalità di Giorgia e Dajsi hanno fatto la differenza. Ti fanno sentire sempre a proprio agio. L’auto è di seconda mano e quindi è logico che l’auto era abituata alla guida del suo primo proprietario. Al primo giro che ho fatto dopo il tagliando mi sono venute le lacrime agli occhi... Non posso che ringraziare i meccanici perché avete fatto un lavoro F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C-O! Non so cosa avete fatto ma è tutto un altro guidare. Non la riconosco più. GRAZIE! PS: per farvi capire quanto ci tengono ai propri clienti: purtroppo avevo rovinato la carrozzeria e quando sono venuta a ritirare l’auto (dopo il tagliando) mi si è scaldato il cuore quando ho visto che mi avevano ritoccato la vernice. Sono super contenta di essere una vostra cliente. E per finire non sono solo attenti al cliente ma anche all’ambiente: camminando per città ho visto che i vostri scooter elettrici stanno popolando sempre di più le nostre strade (segno che avete intivato un prodotto di qualità) e finalmente si potrà camminare in una città meno inquinata (sia ambientalmente che acusticamente) anche grazie a voi. TOP??? I bought the car a couple of months ago. Thanks to Mr. Germani's professionalism, honesty and courtesy, my first car gives me a lot of satisfaction. It was delivered to me in perfect condition (serviced and cleaned both inside and out). The bureaucratic side was super professional, transparent and surprisingly fast (characteristics that you will hardly find in other dealerships, at least not all three together). A couple of days ago I went for a routine service. Also on this occasion the courtesy and professionalism of Giorgia and Dajsi made the difference. They always make you feel at ease. The car is second hand and therefore it is logical that the car was used to driving its first owner. On the first lap I did after the service, tears came to my eyes ... I can only thank the mechanics for doing a F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C-O job! I don't know what you did but it's a whole different driving. I don't recognize her anymore. THANK YOU! PS: to make you understand how much they care about their customers: unfortunately I had ruined the bodywork and when I came to collect the car (after the service) my heart warmed when I saw that the paint had been touched up. I'm super happy to be your customer. And finally they are not only attentive to the customer but also to the environment: walking around the city I saw that your electric scooters are increasingly populating our streets (a sign that you have intivated a quality product) and finally you will be able to walk in a less polluted city (both environmentally and acoustically) also thanks to you. E questa concessionaria e’ stata una piacevole scoperta, una precisione direi quasi tedesca su tutta la pratica di acquisto auto. Parola di “GRANDE MAGO” Sicuramente saranno i primi che contattero’ per l’acquisto di altri mezzi. Super consigliato! Veramente una concessionaria seria e ho anche risparmiato qualcosa. ???? Mi sono trovato molto bene, il venditore è stato onesto, gentile e disponibile sin da subito indicandomi lo stato della vettura a cui ero interessato. La macchina si è rivelata perfetta, mi è stata consegnata tagliandata, pulita e con tutte le fatture. La concessionaria mi ha fatto provare la vettura su vari tipi di strada e si è anche occupata di tutta la burocrazia. Io non ho dovuto fare altro che andare a ritirarla. In conclusione consiglio questa concessionaria autorizzata Subaru. I am very satisfied with the service the staff provided me. I found myself very well, the seller was honest, kind and helpful right from the start, indicating the condition of the car I was interested in. The car turned out to be perfect, it was delivered to me serviced, clean and with all invoices. The dealership let me test the car on various types of roads and also took care of all the paperwork. All I had to do was go and collect it. In conclusion I recommend this Subaru authorized dealership.
