★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no phone number details of casandrino office.... No way to reach there from Naples... You should make a office in naples centre or some where in direct access of transport... How to pick the shipment from casandrino ? Its very bad place and poor service if you need to know about shipment.. there is only one national number 199199345 and you have to pay 48 cent/minute for calling... no enquiry number nothing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the worst service ever. I paid for DHL express premium service via the US embassy and they messed up my address. I need my passport for my flight tomorrow and they wanted me to pick up from their location which is 1 hour drive away from Napoli. This is the worst! Don’t use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were incapable of delivering to my address in Naples, and even though Google shows many DHL service points close to my house, they insisted to only place I could pick it up was the express service center 10.1 kilometers away from my house! So in total I spent 3 days waiting in my window for a delivery person that just never came, then a day to walk across town to pick up my package, the walk took about 5 hours. The staff were helpful once I arrived at the depot and the pickup was easy, it was just a bit too much to go through after paying for a delivery service that was supposed to come to my door
