★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only delivery company that is unable to find my address and deliver it on time. Lazy workers who lie pretending they have attempted delivery when they did not. Rude customer care assistants who always try to cover up for the poor service of the delivery personnel, blaming the reason for a missed delivery either on you or on the sender. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Totally unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laziest and worst service I've ever met in my entire life. Every time I buy smth online, I am just praying to God it's not going to be Bartolini because in Naples it doesn't work AT ALL.
Some time ago I ordered a pack and, unfortunately, it was sent to them. Obviously they did it in a typical way they do here— registered twice that they tried to deliver but I didn't open the door (spoiler:of course I was at home and nobody called). Then they marked my address as non-existent. Surely, I called the shop to make it more detailed so that even a 5-yeqr-old could find my house this time. What do they do the next time? Write again that my address is non-existent. So here I am, almost two weeks later (the pack was supposed to arrive in 3 days), sitting in my somehow non-existing apartment, looking up online how they're returning my pack back (even though the shop called them numerous times and asked not to do it, explaining that I'm waiting for them and there was a misunderstanding). And this was a first-necessity product, not just some stupid online shopping made out of boredom
Last time I ordered from them, they were too lazy to go into my street, so they left my pack at the shop nearby. It's ok, many delivery services do it. But not when the shop is closed!!!! Here I am, going down the busiest street of Naples, and I see my box laying on the ground next to a closed door with a note on it "take care of it for me, will you please?" I'm glad nobody took it
Worst-worst-worst service ever.

So I discovered they lied about attempting to deliver the package, they lied about trying to contact me, they lied about the address being wrong.
Very very unprofessional.
