They didn't deliver my parcel in the specified day and the next day when I checked again on the tracking system they were still saying that my parcel will arrive the day before. I mean, unless these people have a time machine and they can travel back in time, or the tracking system is messed up, I don't know what else to believe. To me, they're useless.
