g	giulio barbon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l’iniziale acquisto di un letto matrimoniale, due comodini ed un comò (mobilio già tutto montato in fabbrica, non c’erano installazioni da fare presso il cliente) ci siamo nuovamente rivolti a Dieffe per l’acquisto di un armadietto composto da 2 cassettoni e 3 ripiani e di una scarpiera. Al di là della superficialità con cui siamo stati seguiti dall’acquisto alla consegna (sollecitata più volte sia la prima volta che la seconda perché i tempi d’attesa sono sempre molto più lunghi di quelli dichiarati) ci arriva un armadio con i 2 cassettoni ma senza mensole!! Il montatore si fa sfuggire che “l’armadio è stato ordinato così, non ci sono stati errori da parte della fabbrica costruttrice”. Oltre a ciò la scarpiera è stata montata frettolosamente e il fissaggio (fatto molto male) ha rovinato il fondo del mobile e si presentava anche brutto da vedere. Morale della favola il personale di vendita si è comportato in modo molto superficiale, i tecnici che hanno montato i mobili sono stati frettolosi ed indisponenti, lasciando la scarpiera e l’armadio con viti mezze strette e mezze lasche, staffe montate storte. Un incubo! Sconsigliato After the initial purchase of a double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers (furniture already assembled in the factory, there were no installations to do with the customer) we turned again to Dieffe for the purchase of a locker consisting of 2 chest of drawers and 3 shelves and a shoe rack. Beyond the superficiality with which we were followed by the purchase to delivery (solicited several times both the first time and the second because waiting times are always much longer than those declared) there comes a wardrobe with 2 drawers but without shelves !! The editor makes it clear that "the wardrobe was ordered like this, there were no mistakes made by the manufacturing factory". In addition, the shoe rack was mounted hastily and the fixing (very badly) ruined the bottom of the cabinet and was also bad to see. Moral of the story the sales staff behaved in a very superficial way, the technicians who assembled the furniture were hasty and unaware, leaving the shoe cabinet and the wardrobe with half-narrow and half-loose screws, brackets mounted crooked. A nightmare! Not recommended

Per onestà intellettuale, devo comunicare che quanto scritto sopra è realmente accaduto ma non è da imputare al negozio bensì allo studio tecnico presente al piano superiore del negozio, che sembra non far parte dello stesso ma essere una struttura indipendente, anche se l'insegna può generare confusione nel consumatore. A metà marzo, comunque, siamo riusciti ad avere un preventivo.
