I tecnici installatori sono stati eccellenti, cordiali e gentilissimi (Il top!).
La nota dolente è stata la fase di trattativa e progettazione... tempi lunghi nel ricevere informazioni, disegni in rendering/3D del progetto non sono mai stai forniti (sono stati forniti solamente dei disegni fatti a mano), il frigo "americano" proposto e da noi accettato è arrivato dopo mesi dall'installazione della cucina e nessuno ci ha mai chiamato per informaci sulle tempistiche.
I can't complain about the quality of the products, which turn out to be very good.
The installation technicians were excellent, friendly and very kind (The top!).
The sore point was the negotiation and design phase ... long times in receiving information, rendering / 3D drawings of the project were never provided (only hand-made drawings were provided), the proposed "American" fridge and accepted by us, it arrived months after the installation of the kitchen and no one has ever called us to inform us about the timing.
