Premetto che le vostre risposte sono sempre state educate, ma nella realtà non si è mai arrivati a una soluzione concreta. Tutto sommato la cucina è carina.
I accidentally reread the emails in my personal mail and I realized that since 2016 we are still waiting for feedback to be able to declare that the kitchen is completely finished. I state that your answers have always been polite, but in reality there has never been a concrete solution. All in all the kitchen is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto ad Arreda Durante per la sostituzione di un portoncino di ingresso a bilico con triplo vetro. Un serramento pesante e non banale da realizzare, tanto che quello precedente (di un altro fornitore) ha grippato il fulcro poco dopo l'installazione.
Il signor Durante ha saputo risolvere presto e bene. Ma non solo, la sua soluzione è anni luce avanti rispetto alla precedente per qualità delle meccaniche, tenuta e cura dei dettagli in generale.
I turned to Arreda Durante for the replacement of a pivoting entrance door with triple glazing. A heavy and non-trivial window to be made, so much so that the previous one (from another supplier) seized the fulcrum shortly after installation.
Signor Durante was able to resolve quickly and well. But not only that, its solution is light years ahead of the previous one in terms of quality of the mechanics, tightness and attention to detail in general.
