★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza telefonica. La segretaria non ha saputo rispondere a domande riguardanti i test che esegue il laboratorio. Ricevere "NON LO SO" come risposta alle domande certo non attira clienti e non inspira fiducia!!! PESSIMI
Bad telephone support. The secretary hasn't been able to answer questions about the tests the lab runs. Receiving "I DON'T KNOW" as an answer to questions certainly does not attract customers and does not inspire confidence !!! BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 medici in regime privato, €100-€150 a visita, minimo, e 1 numero di telefono con segreteria che ti dice di chiamare piu tardi. Neanche investono in un sistema di attesa chiamata, perché costerà troppo....? 1.5 ore che chiamo e "le linee (linea) occupata, si prega di richiamare PIU TARDI"! Non è la prima volta, anzi. Non ci torno per questo motivo
6 doctors privately, € 100- € 150 per visit, minimum, and 1 telephone number with answering machine that tells you to call later. They don't even invest in a call waiting system, because it will cost too much ....? 1.5 hours I call and "lines (line) busy, please call back LATER"! It is not the first time, indeed. I'm not going back for this reason
