β β β β β Impiegano circa 10 minuti a cliente, dopo 35 minuti di attesa mi hanno chiuso la serranda per poi ritornare dopo un'ora (14) e verificare che la merce non era disponibile sebbene nell'ordine mi avessero fornito data per il ritiro.
Assistenza telefonica penosa oltre a carenze procedurali e contrattuali.
Ho provveduto a chiedere il rimborso e acquistare altrove

β β β β β Magazzino fuori dal centro abitato, facile da raggiungere con strada comoda anche ai mezzi pesanti grazie alla segnaletica. Comoda dal casello autostradale di Castelnuovo di Porto, un po' meno da Riano. Immenso lo spazio dei piazzali, comodo per il carico e per lo scarico della merce. Come previsto, c'Γ¨ lunga fila di attesa per il ritiro della merce in qualitΓ di privati, nulla fuori dal normale visti i tempi che corrono...

β β β β β Tempo di attesa troppo lungo per il ritiro merce, una sola persona alla accoglienza, che ritira la bolla, porta la merce, aiuta al carico ed altro comunque molto volenterosa. Il responsabile del deposito non in grado di organizzare un buon servizio, meglio destinarlo ad altro incarico. Grazie.

β β β β β Un deposito enorme. Ho trovato una sola persona alla consegna. L'operaio deve controllare il documento di ritiro merce e poi andare a prendere il materiale ed infine consegnarlo. Tutto questo comporta un tempo di attesa maggiore.

β β β β β Carente in segnaletica stradale (piccolo cartello su via della madonnella ) . In compenso ampia rampa di accesso per caricare la merce. Appena si arriva basta suonare il campanello rosso e un addetto, dopo aver controllato la fattura, consegna in 5 minuti la merce.
