Excellent service. The lady who assisted me showed great kindness and empathy, especially on a day like yesterday where Venice was overrun by tourists and many operators certainly did not stand out for empathy. I enjoyed @The Golden Luggage very well and I recommend it to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicola and staff went above and beyond! Not only was luggage drop off super easy and fast, but he also helped me navigate the bureaucracy of the bus stop’s ‘lost and found’ office. He helped me locate the phone I left on a park bench and even went out of his way to mail it back to me in Naples. Thank you for all of your help!!!! Can not recommend this establishment enough!
