Locali e macchinari pulitissimi ,per me i numeri uno . grazie ragazze I have been attending this hair removal center for 2 years .. I have never had any kind of problem, kindness and friendliness in the first place ... for work reasons I moved appointments without problems and I have always been greeted with a smile. Very clean premises and machinery, number one for me. thanks girls

Dal momento che ero impossibilitata ad andare il giorno prestabilito, ho chiamato con una settimana di anticipo per farmelo spostare. È stato deciso INSIEME con la referente a cui ho parlato al telefono di fissare un altro appuntamento per il giorno di LUNEDÌ 05.07.2021 ALLE ORE 18:30. L’appuntamento mi è stato dato e ne sono certa, perché l’ho segnato immediatamente in agenda, dal momento che mi devo organizzare in anticipo per riuscire ad arrivare in tempo in zona Wagner dal lavoro. Nonostante tutto se ne sono dimenticati, dando la mia fascia oraria a un’altra cliente. Sono dovuta uscire prima dal lavoro e farmi mezza milano con mezzi e bike sharing per nulla. Organizzazione pessima, ma quello che è peggio è che invece di assumersi la responsabilità dell’errore e cercare di rimediare, hanno cercato di far ricadere la COLPA su di me, come risulta ovvio dalla risposta al mio commento, che tra l’altro ho dovuto modificare per dare contesto a ciò che loro rispondono.
