★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolto a questa struttura da diversi anni per l'igiene dentale. Purtroppo di recente avevo necessità di effettuare due otturazioni per carie. il personale amministrativo è dimostrato del tutto sgradevole e inadeguato nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze.
Sono in possesso di una polizza con ProntoCare che risarcisce i lavori dentali. Mi è stato chiesto di pagare anticipatamente i lavori e comunque nonostante abbia fatto presente il dolore che le carie mi provocano mi è stato prospettato di farmi curare a settembre, anticipando almeno il 50% della spesa.
I have been turning to this facility for several years for dental hygiene. Unfortunately I recently needed two fillings for caries. the administrative staff proved totally unpleasant and inadequate in meeting my needs.
I have a policy with ProntoCare which compensates for dental work. I was asked to pay in advance for the work and in any case, despite having pointed out the pain that cavities cause me, I was asked to be treated in September, anticipating at least 50% of the cost.
