Mi hanno chiesto il numero dicendo che si sarebbero informati e mi avrebbero richiamato ma è passata una settimana e non li ho più sentiti. Ho prenotato in un altro studio. I went to book with the Faschim agreement but they couldn't tell me if it was a direct agreement or not. They asked me for the number saying they would inquire and call me back but a week has passed and I have not heard from them again. I booked in another studio.
P	Pietro Trombetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato in questa struttura un'accoglienza fuori dal comune, la Sign.na Danila alla reception si è dimostrata molto cordiale e simpatica, non perdendo però un'alto grado di professionalità ( ti chiama un giorno prima per ricordarti l'appuntamento) e così anche la Dott.ssa Cocuzza, che mi ha visitato , spiegandomi con esempi molto esaustivi quello che sarebbero andati a fare per donarmi un sorriso perfetto, per finire con la Sign.na che mi ha esposto il preventivo, molto discreta e per niente invadente e insistente ma di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. Ottima esperienza. Consigliato! I found an extraordinary welcome in this structure, Ms. Danila at the reception proved to be very friendly and nice, without losing a high degree of professionalism (she calls you a day before to remind you of the appointment) and so also Dr. Cocuzza, who visited me, explaining to me with very exhaustive examples what they would have done to give me a perfect smile, to finish with the lady who showed me the quote, very discreet and not at all intrusive and insistent but unfortunately I don't remember the name. Il preventivo mi è stato fatto da Stefania, cordiale e precisa, mi ha spiegato le diverse modalità di pagamento, trovando quella giusta per me. Bravo e molto professionale anche il Dott. Rigoldi. Le assistenti alla poltrona sono professionali e molto disponibili. Ho già fatto i primi lavori, mi sto trovando molto bene, Certamente lo consiglio!!! Serious and professional dental center. The quote was given to me by Stefania, friendly and precise, she explained the different payment methods, finding the right one for me. Dr Rigoldi is also very good and very professional. Il centro dentistico è serio e professionale con una struttura accogliente e pulita. La dottoressa Cocuzza mi ha salvato da una situazione complicata 3 anni fa e da allora per qualsiasi controllo ed esigenza sono sempre stati disponibilissimi, anche in tempi difficili di pandemia. Staff (I stress female) kind and extremely helpful! Doctor Cocuzza saved me from a complicated situation 3 years ago and since then they have always been extremely available for any checks and needs, even in difficult times of pandemic.
