Prenoto una visita straziato dal dolore, il medico al quanto svogliato mi fa una panoramica ed individua una infiltrazione in un dente otturato anni prima, dente da devitalizzare. Mi fa fare un preventivo del lavoro dalla segretaria, mentre continua ad armeggiare sul cellulare... Preventivo di oltre 700 euro... E vabe, ci può anche stare Devo fare un chiedere io almeno un antidolorifico, così non ero in grado di lavorare. Due giorni dopo chiamo in preda ad un dolore ancora peggiore e chiedo un appuntamento urgente il giorno stesso, a visitarmi c'è un altro medico che chiede a me perché il collega non mi ha dato gli antibiotici... E devo saperlo io?!?! Inizia a Medicare e mi da gli antibiotici per far sgonfiare e disinfiammare la zona... Torno dopo 10gg e inizia la lavorazione, tralascio sul dolore... Non lo riesce a finire, a detta sua perché è ancora troppo infiammato... Passo un'altra settimana di antidolorifici.... Torno, mi tiene lì esattamente 10 minuti per rifare un'altra medicazione, ma più che altro sembrava non aver tempo... Addirittura mi son dovuto tenere l'aspiratore da solo... Ovviamente ho pagato ogni singolo intervento... Ho chiesto il parere di un altro medico, tralascio i particolari, ma dovrò estrarre il dente. Bad experience! Igiene, Personale professionale e cordialità distinguono questa clinica: purtroppo il dentista e’ una costante della mia vita e vi assicuro che qui ho trovato risposta ad ogni mio problema. Per non parlare dell’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Super recommended! Dentista e assistente manco gli è passato per la mente poi di scusarsi. Visita pagata 24 euro, senza nemmeno quasi essere visto. "Dente non può essere salvato, da togliere e da fare l'impianto" quando era il terzo dentista che vedevo e gli altri due con parere opposto ..Il dente si può salvare mettendo una corona, ma alla Clinica Odontoiatria si vede che tutto ciò non conviene...fare impianti si! Si fanno tanto vanto di tenere i prezzi alla portata di tutto il Pueblo...ma poi non lasciano nemmeno un preventivo cartaceo. Vergogna (anche del servizio sanitario pubblico che ha fatto in modo di dare tutte le cliniche odontoiatriche a far ingrassare il privato)! Assolutamente sconsigliato! La signora al reception stava rispondendo una chiamata personale sul posto di lavoro e non ha avuto la cortesia di mettere giù telefono mentre mi faceva fare i moduli. Stessa cosa con le infermiere che pareva che sono a fare l'aperitivo anziché lavorare. No ci tornerò mai più di sicuro. PS. Oggi ho letto la risposta che mi hanno scritto e mi hanno confermato l'arroganza di cui parlavo prima. Sono senza parole!!!! Bad experience, The studio doesn't look that hygienic and the staff rude. They seemed annoyed to receive the patient asking questions. The lady at the front desk was answering a personal call at work and didn't have the courtesy to put the phone down while making me do the forms. Same thing with the nurses who seemed to be having an aperitif instead of working. No I will never go back for sure. PS. Today I read the answer they wrote to me and they confirmed the arrogance I was talking about earlier. I am speechless !!!!

Chiamo questo studio e trovo fin da subito una signora al centralino di una gentilezza disarmante,molto attenta chiara nel dare informazioni. Quando mi presento all'appuntamento vengo accolta da una receptionist molto gentile e simpatica che mi fa compilare la modulista necessaria per poi finalmente andare dal dottore che visita mio figlio. Il dentista era il dott. Andrea Prenesti, si è reso subito simpatico ,ha creato un aria rilassata e con mio figlio è stata empatia al primo istante,inutile dire che si è fatto visitare e curare senza mai una lacrima. Uscendo mio figlio ha detto"mamma questo dottore mi sta molto simpatico". Quindi non posso che dare il massimo delle stelle e ringraziare tutti da parte mia e di Talal. Segnalo inoltre, nella mia ultima esperienza di cure presso questo studio, la gentilezza e la risolutezza con le quali un'assistente di nome Tina ha risolto un problema che avevo riscontrato in una fattura dove mi era stato addebitato per errore una prestazione non eseguita. Pensavo di dover cominciare un iter infinito per riavere il dovuto e invece la ragazza con un breve colloquio con il dottore e con una telefonata ai suoi colleghi addetti mi ha risolto la questione rimandandomi per il giorno dopo ai loro uffici amministrativi che appunto già allertati hanno provveduto al rimborso.
