Nel Dr. Mario Lisa ho trovato non solo la competenza professionale, ma anche una grande capacità di comprensione della situazione di paura totale che vivo quando sono dal dentista. Ha fin dal primo incontro fatto il possibile per mettermi a mio agio e tranquillizzarmi, e nel corso delle sedute (che pianifichiamo insieme in modo che mi risultino il più possibile accettabili anche dal punto di vista psicologico) è attentissimo - come anche il suo staff - a ogni mio segnale di disagio e intervene immediatamente. Non posso dire di aver superato la mia fobia, ma razionalmente ora so, dopo 4 sedute, che posso andare alla successiva con tranquillità. E per me non è affatto una cosa da poco. Giuseppe Martinelli, il quale ha rotto uno strumento dentro il dente e si è dichiarato incapace di portare a termine l'intervento. Il dottore stesso ha cercato di nascondermi la verità su quanto accaduto, che poi ha ammesso solo dopo mie insistenti domande. I successivi dentisti che hanno preso in carico il mio caso mi hanno suggerito di rivalermi sullo studio per l'accaduto in termini di danno biologico e per la sintomatologia che ne è seguita. Mi hanno anche assicurato che, date le responsabilità oggettive del dottore e per rispondere al codice deontologico, lo studio avrebbe quasi sicuramente proceduto a una conciliazione. Ebbene dopo 6 mesi dai primi contatti presi dal mio legale coi legali della controparte, questi ultimi si dichiarano non disposti a conciliare. Procederò quindi con la perizia medico/legale ed eventualmente con la causa legale ma trovo poco serio che uno studio medico e in primis un dottore giovane come Martinelli diano poco importanza alle decisioni che prendono i propri legali che tra l'altro vanno contro i loro interessi e contro il codice deontologico dei professionisti di cui dovrebbero ritenersi parte I underwent an attempted root canal therapy with Dr. Giuseppe Martinelli, who broke an instrument inside the tooth and declared himself unable to complete the surgery. V	VIVIANA DENTICE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima visita con Dott LISA risale al Febbraio 2016: Mi rivolsi al Dott. Lisa per curare il mio sorriso ormai compromesso da numerosi problemi. Infatti, ho poi dovuto eseguire una plastica gengivale, 3 impianti arcata superiore dx e diverse otturazioni estetiche . A conclusione della lunga cura mi ritengo più che soddisfatta. Inoltre devo dire che i miglioramenti sono stati subito evidenti e apprezzabili anche durante la cura stessa . A mio modesto parere Dott. Lisa, è un professionista “ stellato “, coniuga l’alta professionalità con sensibilità e attenzione verso il paziente, doti rare, ma sempre attese dal paziente nonostante le mie più che noiose e persistenti paure. Ma, non posso non citare e ringraziare il team di Dott. Lisa, che accoglie con professionalità e gentilezza e simpatia, mai formale, e mi riferisco a Gena, ma anche a Debora e Vanessa, sempre indaffarata su più fronti!!! Il mio problema era la mancanza di osso per poter mettere un impianto che mi avesse potuto ripristinare la masticazione che un altro specialista mi aveva rovinato estraendomi tutti i denti. Per fortuna Il Dottor Lisa ha salvato la mia situazione. La qualita' del servizio ottenuto e la rapidita' con cui ho risolto il mio disagio valgono tutti i soldi investiti.
