Ma la conferma della loro professionalità e competenza, che mi ha spinto a scrivere la recensione, l'ho avuta quando ho dovuto sostituire la vecchia caldaia che non andava più. Cosa molto importante è stata la rapidità con cui sono riuscita a fissare l'appuntamento e ad avere un preventivo dettagliato. Lavoro impeccabile, veloce e pulito. I ragazzi sono veramente competenti e rispettosi, precisi e puntuali.
Mi hanno dato grandi consigli sul mio impianto e su come poter risparmiare nel tempo. Cosa da non poco è il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Li consiglio vivamente, sia per interventi piccoli che grandi!
I have been their customer for a long time for boiler maintenance. But the confirmation of their professionalism and competence, which prompted me to write the review, I had it when I had to replace the old boiler that was no longer working. What was very important was the speed with which I managed to fix the appointment and to get a detailed quote. Flawless, fast and clean work. The guys are really competent and respectful, precise and punctual.
They gave me great advice on my system and on how to save money over time. What is of no small importance is the quality / price ratio. I highly recommend them, both for small and large interventions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie a questo centro di assistenza e alla professionalità del titolare e dei tecnici intervenuti, ho risolto un gravoso problema che riguardava la mia caldaia, tra l'altro installata da poco con un'altra Azienda..Dopo diversi tentativi ho chiamato loro che hanno subito capito dove intervenire, ripristinando in tempi brevissimi la perfetta funzionalità dell'apparecchio.Intervento eseguito in garanzia, anche se non era coperta in quel caso. Qualità, cortesia ,competenza e prezzi veramente onesti.Team formidabile che non lasceremo piu'. Grazie Sig. Angelo.
Thanks to this service center and to the professionalism of the owner and the technicians who intervened, I solved a serious problem that concerned my boiler, which was recently installed with another company. After several attempts, I called them and they immediately understood where to intervene, restoring the perfect functionality of the appliance in a very short time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questa ditta basandomi sulle ottime recensioni e sono rimasto positivamente colpito dalla disponibilità e cortesia di Angelo e dei suoi assistenti.Ho sostituito una vecchia caldaia con una nuova a condensazione: il lavoro è stato svolto in maniera pulita e con professionalità in tempi più che ragionevoli, nonostante in questo periodo dell'anno, siano pieni di lavori ed urgenze. Aspetto solo di aver ultimato i lavori per la quinta, al momento meritatissima, stella!

Aggiunta la quinta stella: ho contattato la ditta di domenica sera per un problema ed il lunedì mattina alle 9.00 avevo di nuovo la caldaia a posto.
I turned to this company based on the excellent reviews and I was positively impressed by the helpfulness and courtesy of Angelo and his assistants.I replaced an old boiler with a new condensing one: the work was done cleanly and professionally on time. more than reasonable, despite the fact that at this time of the year, they are full of work and urgencies. I'm just waiting to have completed the works for the fifth, at the moment well deserved, star!

Added the fifth star: I contacted the company on Sunday evening for a problem and on Monday morning at 9.00 I had the boiler again in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro la caldaia qualche anno fa su consiglio di un'amica e non li cambierei mai. Tutti molto professionali, segretaria, tecnici e proprietario. È evidente che Angelo tiene alla sua azienda ed alla soddisfazione del cliente e non lavora solo per denaro. Segnalato problema e disturbato ripetutamente di domenica, in meno di 24 ore hanno risolto egregiamente. Consigliatissimo!
I bought the boiler from them a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend and I would never change them. All very professional, secretary, technicians and owner. It is clear that Angelo cares about his company and customer satisfaction and does not work only for money. Reported problem and disturbed repeatedly on Sunday, in less than 24 hours they solved very well. Highly recommended!
