Ho chiamato alle 10.30 per controllare che potessi svolgere una pratica, la risposta è stato “si, ma meglio entro le 11-11.30 (orario ufficiale di chiusura è alle 12). Attraverso la città e arrivo alle 11.10 per trovare l’ufficio chiuso. Sono questi gli uffici e la gente che non merita lavoro. Vergogna! Very bad. D	Daniela Fera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia pessima!!! Io e mio marito abbiamo comprato machina presso un privato di Roma che per il passaggio di proprietà ci ha indirizzato da loro. La presunzione e la poca educazione della signora non ha tardato ad arrivare quando ho chiesto informazioni quanto al costo della pratica che era di 100 euro più alto rispetto alle agenzie aci della nostra città. Ad una domanda fatta con la dovuta educazione ( forse termine estraneo alla tizia) è stato risposto che lei era al centro di Roma e metteva le competenze che voleva. Per tutto il tempo della pratica si è rivolta con sgarbo a qualsiasi domanda credendo alla fine di azzittirmi dicendomi di fare il mio lavoro che al suo avrebbe pensato lei. Credo che se si impegnasse a fare davvero bene il suo lavoro senza passare il tempo a brontolare potrebbe permettersi di avere un’attività...cosa che diversamente, gente come lei dovrebbe evitare di avere. Bad agency !!! My husband and I have bought cars from private individuals in Rome who have referred us to them for the transfer of ownership. The presumption and lack of education of the lady did not take long to arrive when I asked for information about the cost of the practice which was 100 euros higher than the aci agencies of our city. To a question asked with due education (perhaps alien to the chick) was told that she was at the center of Rome and put the skills you wanted. For the entire duration of the practice, she asked any question with rudeness, believing in the end to silence me, telling me to do my job, which she would do. I believe that if he committed himself to doing his job really well without spending time grumbling, he could afford to have an activity ... something that otherwise, people like you should avoid having.

Sono due persone veramente cortesi e mi meraviglio di quelle due critiche, magari ci fossero sempre persone come loro a contatto col pubblico!!! ??? Always on top! Always friendly and kind, now I am my point of reference for any problem related to the car and the scooter. They are two really courteous people and I marvel at those two criticisms, maybe there were always people like them in contact with the public !!! ???
L	Lorenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato altre tre delegazioni aci, questa è stata l'unica dove siamo riusciti a portare a termine in tempo record un passaggio di proprietà con procura internazionale. A mio avviso sono gli unici competenti e aggiormati sul territorio. Non perdete tempo altrove e affidatevi a loro. After touring three other ACI delegations, this was the only one where we managed to complete a transfer of ownership with international power of attorney in record time. In my opinion, they are the only competent and trained in the area. Do not waste time elsewhere and rely on them.
