★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono , sto cercando da due giorni di contattarli telefonicamente per un urgenza , ma non risponde mai nessuno.Devo per forza recarmi di persona da più di 100 km di distanza per una cosa che si può risolvere con una telefonata. A scadenza polizza assicurativa non rinnoverò più con loro......
They never answer the phone, I have been trying for two days to contact them by phone for an emergency, but no one ever answers. I have to go personally from more than 100 km away for something that can be resolved with a phone call. At the end of the insurance policy I will not renew with them anymore ......

Consiglio vivamente.
I insured the scooter with them by phone, without knowing them in person .. and I can say that I was delighted with the availability and friendliness they showed.
