Sono allibita specialmente parlo del tizio alto con gli occhiali, non faccio il nome ma sarà sicuramente chiaro capire, perché non è la prima volta che lo vedo litigare con i clienti !! Non ha capito che il cliente ti porta il lavoro e tu non puoi rimproverarlo agitandogli la scatola sotto il naso solo perché cercavi un articolo con la scatola rosa ed invece era lilla......mi ha accusato che io non avevo parlato chiaramente e lui mi insisteva di non avere l'articolo....urlava anche dopo che mi sono allontanata giusto per non fare polemica , ma sono sconvolta e non capisco come non si accorgano che questo litiga con tutti ed allontana la gente! Ecco perché da un po di tempo vedo pochissima gente..... .
