★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le comesse sono di una incompetenza assoluta.
Non sanno il numero di telefono per i clienti per telefonare prenatal .non sanno dove cercare il codice a bar di una vip card .non sanno nemmeno come e una fattura della vip pagata online .essendo la prima volta che la utilizzavo non sapevo proprio nulla al riguardo ,e speravo di trovare aiuto nel negozio.
Mi hanno fatta lasciare le mie cose che cercavo di comprare con la vip card dicendomi che io non ho la vip card .che devo telefonare prenatal .numero che loro non lo hanno saputo darmi.
Non sapevano nemmeno che il codice a barre della vip card si trova nel profilo prenatal .lo dovuto scoprire io cercando come una matta quella vip card pagata a gennaio e mai utilizzata. La unica loro risposta è stata NON LO SO .cosa che mi ha fatto impazzire.
Spero che i gestori si rendono conto della incompetenza delle comesse.

They do not know the telephone number for customers to call prenatal. They do not know where to look for the bar code of a vip card. They do not even know how and a vip bill paid online. Being the first time I used it I did not know anything at all. regard, and I was hoping to find help in the shop.
They made me leave my things that I was trying to buy with the vip card, telling me that I do not have a vip card. That I have to call prenatal. A number that they have not been able to give me.
They did not even know that the barcode of the vip card is in the prenatal profile. I had to find out by looking like crazy for that vip card paid in January and never used. Their only response was I DON'T KNOW. Which drove me crazy.
I hope that the managers realize the incompetence of the comesse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In stato interessante mi sono recata al negozio perchè dal sito si evinceva che era aperto e dopo aver fatto diversi chilometri in macchina........CHIUSO senza neanche una indicazione fuori dal cancello. Almeno aggiornatelo il sito se non che lo tenete a fare. Tra l'altro era il giorno di scadenza dei buoni quindi siamo stati tutti dirottati su Porte di Catania dove il personale era sottodimensionato, molti prodotti mancavano e la risposta era: vada su internet. Risultato: un manicomio e internet impallato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho dovuto mettere una stella perchè il minimo.... Personale senza alcuna voglia di lavorare e senza alcun tipo di serietà commerciale. Non metterò mai più piede in questo prenatal!
Unfortunately I had to put a star because the minimum .... Staff without any desire to work and without any kind of commercial seriousness. I will never set foot in this prenatal again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse scortesi,maleducate ed incompetenti! Alla cassa poi...resentano la follia. La "gentilissima signora" ha conteggiato,per un suo errore, merce lasciata da un precedente cliente nel nostro conto e quando le abbiamo detto che quelle cose non erano nostre ci ha accusati di averle messe noi alla cassa e pagando con carta non ci hanno restituito i soldi ma ci hanno fatto un buono per 90 euro. Che schifo...non ci metterò mài più piede
Rude, rude and incompetent shop assistants! At the cash desk then ... they feel the madness. The "very kind lady" counted, due to her mistake, goods left by a previous customer in our account and when we told her that those things were not ours she accused us of having put them at the cash desk and paying by card they did not return us money but they gave us a coupon for 90 euros. How disgusting ... I will never set foot in it again

Si giravano intorno lamentandosi di essere stati lasciati soli..... erano tre commessi ... e in quanti vorrebbero essere per un turno settimanale con scarsa affluenza!!! Comunque li devo ringraziare perché uscendo da Prenatal Misterbianco sono entrata in un negozio vicino trovando moltissimo assortimento ad un prezzo inferiore e soprattutto .... cortesia e disponibilità
Rude, incompetent staff that makes you want to buy even off a birth list. They turned around complaining that they had been left alone ..... there were three clerks ... and how many they would like to be for a weekly shift with low turnout !!! Anyway I have to thank them because when I left Prenatal Misterbianco I entered a nearby shop, finding a lot of assortment at a lower price and above all .... courtesy and availability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stellina e aggiungo un meno davanti, entro i sette giorni non hanno voluto cambiare un apparecchio per la sterilizzazione biberon, per un malfunzionamento dello stesso; secondo il commesso era funzionante ma io ho chiesto il recesso comunque , non mi è stato accordato, poiché doveva essere l’assistenza a valutare il ritiro. Al mio paese il recesso entro sette giorni prevede la sostituzione o il rimborso senza esitazioni. Prenatal misterbianco non è più tra i miei negozi preferiti!
I put a star and add a minus in front, within seven days they did not want to change a bottle sterilization device, due to a malfunction of the same; according to the clerk it was functional but I asked for the withdrawal anyway, it was not granted to me, since it was the assistance that had to evaluate the withdrawal. In my country the withdrawal within seven days provides for the replacement or refund without hesitation. Prenatal misterbianco is no longer among my favorite shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco da qualche anno il Prenatal di Misterbianco. È uno dei pochi negozi sopravvissuto all’inesorabile conversione a magazzino cinese. C'è molto assortimento, dagli articoli per le neo-mamme a prodotti di vario tipo per bambini piccoli.
I prezzi sono alti, anche al netto di promozioni o la fidelity card.
Il personale è cortese e quando può ti assiste anche per piccole richieste o aiuto.
Parcheggio ok.
I have known Misterbianco's Prenatal for some years. It is one of the few stores that survived the inexorable conversion to a Chinese warehouse. There is a lot of assortment, from items for new mothers to various types of products for young children.
The prices are high, even net of promotions or the fidelity card.
The staff are courteous and assist you when they can with small requests or help.
Parking ok.
