I'm sorry to write this review, they were my strengths for purchases and repairs, but they behaved really badly with my Parents, you won't see anyone in our family anymore.

The staff is detached, apathetic, never a smile, a joke. I do not doubt professionalism (I have to trust) but you have the feeling of breaking the boxes .... maybe it's an impression but each time it's a confirmation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un attesa di oltre 20 min senza un buon giorno ...cosa che in genere non si nega a nessuno a prescindere se hai già altri clienti che stai servendo ... veniamo serviti e alla domanda se in caso di viaggio in Europa valgono gli stessi piani tariffari ci viene risposto sì....per fortuna casualmente sento un altro esperto presso un altro negozio di zona e scopro che non e così ..che dire assenza di aggiornamento da parte del venditore e una totale assenza di prima accoglienza .. peccato da fuori il negozio si presentava bene
