★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invece di cambiarmi batteria all’iPhone mi ci hanno rimesso quella vecchia (che avevo già) con 800 cicli di carica... e l’ho scoperto solo dopo aver portato il cellulare in un Apple Store, dato che la batteria durava ormai 20 minuti.
Instead of changing the battery on the iPhone, they gave me the old one (which I already had) with 800 charge cycles ... and I only found out after taking the phone to an Apple Store, since the battery lasted for 20 minutes .

Ho portato un samsung s7 in quanto aveva dei seri problemi. Dopo oltre una settimana mi chiamano dicendo che è impossibile sistemarlo in quando la scheda madre era andata e i costi eccessivi. Ciò che non trovo convincente è il compenso che comunque chiedono a prescindere , un tantino esagerato non dimostrabile se effettivamente ci hanno lavorato , e i tempi troppo lunghi . Per fortuna avevo un altro telefono .

I brought a samsung s7 as it had serious problems. After over a week they call me saying that it is impossible to fix it in when the motherboard was gone and the costs are excessive. What I do not find convincing is the compensation that they still ask regardless, a little exaggerated not demonstrable if they actually worked on it, and too long times. Luckily I had another phone.
