Accetta la commessa, ti dice di passare il giorno x per il ritiro e la merce non è pronta, rimanda la consegna e non si fa trovare, non risponde al telefono fisso, nemmeno al mobile ed a wapp, ai messaggi in segreteria... Chiude per ferie anzitempo senza avvisare il cliente. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a rivolgerci altrove poiché esasperati da questo comportamento inaccettabile che ci ha fatto perdere tempo e ci ha comportato diversi viaggi a vuoto presso la sua sede. Se i manufatti rispecchiano la sua inaffidabilità direi che alla fine è stato meglio rivolgerci altrove. Evitatelo, non merita la vostra fiducia ed i vostri soldi!
I confirm the review of the previous user: the owner of "Il Telonaio" is totally unreliable in terms of appointments, goods collection. Accept the order, tell you to spend the day x for the collection and the goods are not ready, postpone the delivery and do not be found, do not answer the landline phone, not even to the mobile and wapp, to voicemail messages ... Closes for early holidays without notifying the customer. In the end we were forced to go elsewhere because exasperated by this unacceptable behavior that made us waste time and led us to several empty trips to its headquarters. If the artifacts reflect its unreliability I would say that in the end it was better to go elsewhere. Avoid it, it doesn't deserve your trust and your money!
