L'incontro con lei in agenzia è stato subito positivo e più parlavamo più ho apprezzato la sua capacità nel saper ascoltare e venire in contro alle esigenze e all' idea di viaggio del cliente, cosa che sembra scontata, ma in realtà per l'esperienza che ho avuto in un'altra agenzia, non lo è.
Monica ha subito capito che genere di viaggio cercavamo e sempre con il sorriso, la passione e la grinta nel suo lavoro ci ha seguiti in questa avventura!
