Hanno organizzato tutto nei minimi particolari gestendo anche gli imprevisti con professionalità e velocità regalandoci anche una metà aggiuntiva ad Istambul. Affiancati da una accompagnatrice fin da Vicenza molto collaborativa che aveva vissuto in Giappone e parla benissimo anche i dialetti abbiamo scoperto un paese meraviglioso a prezzi decisamente molto competitivi. Ci hanno confezionato un viaggio adatto a tutte le età dove tradizione paesaggi e tecnologia si sono integrati perfettamente facendoci provare anche pernottamenti unici e indimenticabili. Grazie per lo splendido viaggio. In Japan with the AVIT a guarantee. C	Carlo Bogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato molto deluso dalla mia ultima esperienza; l'impiegata con la quale, di norma, mi sono sempre rapportato con cordialità, non solo non mi ha ricevuto di persona pur essendo il nostro appuntamento in struttura già concordato, delegando il tutto (consegna biglietti aerei, polizza assicurativa e pagamento) ad altra impiegata mai vista. Purtroppo non è finita qui: il biglietto mi è stato solo stampato (una stampata su carta comune del biglietto elettronico); avevo chiesto la cortesia che mi venissero inviati i biglietti elettronici via mail e dopo 1 mese sto ancora attendo! Eppure per l'Agenzia era stato un lavoro semplicissimo dato che mia moglie aveva già, con sue ricerche personali, scelto voli, compagnie, orari. Morale dell'esperienza: una parcella per nulla economica per un servizio non efficiente ed una modalità né affabile né cortese di rapporto col cliente. I was very disappointed with my latest experience; the employee with whom, as a rule, I have always dealt with cordiality, not only did she not receive me in person even though our appointment in the structure has already been agreed, delegating everything (delivery of airline tickets, insurance policy and payment) to another ever employed. Unfortunately, that's not all: the ticket was only printed on me (one printed on the plain paper of the electronic ticket); I asked the courtesy that electronic tickets were sent to me by mail and after 1 month I am still waiting! Yet for the Agency it had been a very simple job since my wife had already, with her personal research, chosen flights, companies, timetables. Moral of the experience: an inexpensive fee for an inefficient service and an affable or courteous way of relating to the customer.
