A tre/quatro mesi dalla scadenza della garanzia é venuto il tecnico e, sena chiedere il motivo , ha portato via il forno sostituendolo dopo un mese con uno nuovo altrettanto pessimo dicendo che la "verniciatura era stata mal eseguita e quindi pericolosa". Il nuovo forno è peggiore, praticamente da buttare. Al di là di tutto questo, il "centro assistenza De Persio" tutto fa eccetto assistenza". ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO"
Bad experience. I bought a Franke oven and it never worked. Three / four months after the expiry of the warranty, the technician came and, without asking why, he took away the oven, replacing it after a month with a new one that was equally bad, saying that the "painting had been badly done and therefore dangerous". The new oven is worse, practically to be thrown away. Beyond all this, the "De Persio service center" does everything except assistance ". HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED"
