★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho fatto acquistare un cavo di ricarica per telefono cellulare, una volta a casa, la persona inviata, mi ha consegnato la confezione e mi sono accorta che era di un modello diverso rispetto a quello da me RICHIESTO. Ho telefonato al negoziante per segnalare l'errore e sapere se il modello cercato lo avesse disponibile; l'esercente, apprendendo che mi trovavo in località diversa da Cerenova, scusandosi per il disguido, si è offerto di fare la sostituzione a domicilio. Un plauso a questo negoziante per il servizio reso e per l'alta professionalità.
This morning I had a mobile phone charging cable purchased, once at home, the person sent gave me the package and I realized that it was of a different model than the one I REQUIRED. I phoned the shopkeeper to report the error and to know if the model I was looking for had it available; the operator, learning that I was in a place other than Cerenova, apologized for the inconvenience, offered to make the replacement at home. A praise to this shopkeeper for the service rendered and for the high professionalism.

Anche là marce e i prezzi sono molto validi ... super consigliato!
The guys who work in this shop are really very nice ... they called me (for an iPhone price issue) and kindly explained to me what had happened.
Also there gears and the prices are very valid ... super recommended!
