M	Maria Cristina Panuccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza assistenza post-vendita (in garanzia). PC danneggiato dopo averlo lasciato presso il punto vendita per mandarlo in assistenza. Riuscivo ad ottenere informazioni sullo stato della riparazione solo dopo innumerevoli solleciti e, nonostante questo, erano sempre vaghe e poco chiare. Sono tornata in possesso del pc solo dopo 3 mesi; è stato riparato il danno accidentale (a loro spese) non da me causato (fortunatamente avevo foto che testimoniavano l'integrità del pc prima di portarlo in assistenza, altrimenti mi avrebbero accollato sicuramente la spesa come hanno effettivamente provato a fare) ma non è stato riparato il difetto funzionale per il quale lo avevo portato in assistenza. Al momento del ritiro del PC, la commessa sosteneva che il PC fosse stato riparato dalla casa madre e che, come abitudine, la stessa non rilasciava alcuna scheda di riparazione (cosa improbabile che mi è stata confermata dalla stessa casa madre!). Così, mi sono dovuta rivolgere ad un altro punto vendita Unieuro dove, CON SERIETA' ED EFFICIENZA, hanno spedito il prodotto presso la casa madre e, dopo solamente 10 giorni, ho riavuto indietro il PC completamente riparato. Morale della favola... rivolgetevi ad un altro punto vendita Unieuro, possibilmente non affiliato!! Bad after-sales service experience (under warranty). PC damaged after leaving it at the point of sale to send it for assistance. I was able to obtain information on the status of the repair only after countless reminders and, despite this, they were always vague and unclear. I got back in possession of the pc only after 3 months; the accidental damage (at their expense) not caused by me was repaired (fortunately I had photos that testified the integrity of the pc before bringing it to service, otherwise they would surely have paid for me as they actually tried to do) but it was not fixed the functional defect for which I had brought it to assistance. At the time of the withdrawal of the PC, the saleswoman claimed that the PC had been repaired by the parent company and that, as usual, the same did not issue any repair cards (which is unlikely to be confirmed by the same parent company!). So, I had to go to another Unieuro store where, WITH SERIOUSNESS AND EFFICIENCY, they shipped the product to the parent company and, after only 10 days, I got the PC back completely repaired. Moral of the story ... contact another Unieuro store, possibly not affiliated !!

F	Ferdinando Lerro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per l'acquisto in negozio non ho avuto problemi ma la consegna è stata allucinante, con l'incaricato del gruppo Fenix che, quando mia moglie fa notare con garbo la presenza di graffi sull'elettrodomestico, è scortese e aggressivo senza alcun motivo, approfittando tra l'altro della presenza di una donna sola in casa. Unieuro di Manziana cambiate la società di consegna, altrimenti di questo passo rischiate di perdere molti clienti, se non altro ancora for the purchase in the store I had no problems but the delivery was hallucinating, with the person in charge of the Fenix group who, when my wife gracefully points out the presence of scratches on the appliance, is rude and aggressive for no reason, taking advantage among other things, the presence of a single woman in the house. Unieuro di Manziana change the delivery company, otherwise at this rate you risk losing many customers, if nothing else.

Io e mio marito Davide ci torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti. Well-stocked point of sale. Polite staff available to propose intelligent solutions to any type of need. Ample parking outside.
