★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non comprerò mai più in questo negozio, ti fanno pagare un'assicurazione aggiuntiva oltre il costo del bene per cambiarla qualora abbia difetti entro la garanzia e quando vuoi usufruire dell'assicurazione perchè il prodotto ha un difetto di fabbrica ti mandano a spendere altri soldi nei centri di assistenza. Morale della favola dopo aver speso soldi per fare quello che dicevano loro ho chiamato direttamente la fabbrica spiegando i problemi che dava la macchina del caffè e me l'hanno sostituita direttamente loro, dandomene una nuova. Non rubate i soldi alla gente almeno.
 I will never buy in this shop again, they charge you additional insurance over the cost of the item to exchange it if it has defects within the warranty and when you want to take advantage of the insurance because the product has a manufacturing defect they send you to spend more money in the service centers. Moral of the story after spending money to do what they said I called the factory directly explaining the problems that the coffee machine was giving and they replaced it directly, giving me a new one. At least don't steal people's money.
