Considerata la consistenza della pasta, come da tradizione casalinga, quella che avanza la si mangia il giorno dopo riscaldata in padella. Sempre ottima!! The best pizza by the meter. All'interno il locale è spazioso e pulito, e anche se principalmente d'asporto sono presenti alcuni tavoli che permettono di restare a mangiare con simpatiche citazioni di Totó alle pareti. Per quanto riguarda la pizza a me è piaciuta. Ben lievitata (non mi ha provocato gonfiore e sete mostruosa come accade a volte) con buoni ingredienti e cotta al punto giusto. Fra gli ingredienti che ho assaggiato l'unico che non mi ha entusiasmato é stata la salsiccia. La pizza è al metro e si può scegliere lunghezza e "gusti". Le proposte sono varie e a mio avviso soddisfacenti, inoltre è possibile richiedere combinazioni personalizzate. Pizzaiolo veloce e gentile. Per me ottima pizzeria. The restaurant is located right next to the Mapello post office. There are 6 or 7 parking spaces out front for parking. Inside the restaurant is spacious and clean, and even if mainly take-away there are some tables that allow you to stay and eat with nice quotes from Totó on the walls. As for the pizza, I liked it. Well leavened (it didn't cause me bloating and monstrous thirst as it sometimes happens) with good ingredients and cooked to the right point. Among the ingredients that I tasted the only one that did not impress me was the sausage. The pizza is by the meter and you can choose length and "tastes". The proposals are varied and in my opinion satisfactory, it is also possible to request personalized combinations. Fast and kind pizza chef. For me excellent pizzeria.
