ECCO L'AGGIORNAMENTO Purtroppo l'esperienza è delle peggiori, materiale ordinato (e chiaramente pagato secondo canoni) con previsioni di consegna che sono via via slittati; ora a quasi tre mesi dall'ordine, sette giorni fa, mi viene comunicato che un mobiletto bagno completo di lavandino ed uno specchio(di case differenti e quindi non in unica spedizione) sono arrivati completamente rotti ed inoltre uno dei due bidet era fallato (e comunque l'incaricato della mia ditta di ristrutturazione non ha ritirato i due bidet per motivi logistici li ha visti 15 gg fa e non avevano segni particolari) . Ora dopo varie telefonate con più addette alla vendita (chi non lavora più, chi promette telefonate per il giorno dopo e non si fa più sentire...) è arrivato il bidet e si può ritirare ma per il mobiletto oggi mi si dice che arriverà solo per la metà di luglio. Evidentemente viene da pensare che il mobiletto, lo specchio ed il bidet sono stati probabilmente venduti a qualcun'altro. Comportamento inqualificabile, assolutamente venditore da evitare. Mi spiace non aver potuto soddisfare il titolare con una recensione in linea con il primo contatto ma questi sono i fatti, solo oggi si sono preoccupati di chiamare la ditta per i tempi di consegna del mobiletto quando, a detta loro, lo stesso era arrivato "rotto" almeno 15/20 gg fa.

HERE IS THE UPDATE Unfortunately, the experience is of the worst, ordered material (and clearly paid according to fees) with delivery forecasts that are gradually slipped; now almost three months after the order, seven days ago, I am informed that a bathroom cabinet complete with sink and a mirror (from different houses and therefore not in a single shipment) arrived completely broken and also one of the two bidets was faulty ( and in any case the person in charge of my renovation company did not collect the two bidets for logistical reasons he saw them 15 days ago and they had no particular signs). Now after several phone calls with several sales staff (those who no longer work, those who promise calls for the next day and no longer hear ...) the bidet has arrived and can be collected but for the cabinet today I am told that it will arrive only for the middle of July. Obviously, one would think that the cabinet, the mirror and the bidet were probably sold to someone else. Unqualified behavior, absolutely a seller to avoid. I'm sorry not to have been able to satisfy the owner with a review in line with the first contact but these are the facts, only today did they bother to call the company for the delivery time of the cabinet when, according to them, the same had arrived " broken "at least 15/20 days ago.

Questa è una modifica che sento il dovere di fare oggi, in quanto i tempi di attesa sono davvero esagerati e non per prenotare il materiale da caricare ma per pagarlo. Non esiste corsia preferenziale per chi ha già fatto una fila ma deve rifarla per pagare! Mi è stato risposto che pagare un'altra persona all'uscita per fare cassa costa troppo. Forse basterebbe far accedere nel medesimo posto senza fila chi deve fare "solo" cassa.

This is a change that I feel obliged to make today, as the waiting times are really exaggerated and not to book the material to be uploaded but to pay for it. There is no preferential lane for those who have already queued but must do it again to pay! I was told that paying another person at the exit to get cash is too expensive. Perhaps it would be enough to let those who have to do "only" check in the same place without a queue.

Good evening, I am an architect and several times I have had the pleasure of accompanying my clients to De Gregoris for the choice of the different products necessary for their renovation. I can say that I have always found a respectable service and staff, in particular I would like to thank Nadia Papadonno for her availability, professionalism and infinite patience. 5 stars are few, if I had the chance I would have given more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo da poco ristrutturato casa e ci siamo rivolti a De Gregoris per la fornitura dell’occorrente spaziando dal parquet alla carta da parati, dai sanitari ai termoarredi passando per i rivestimenti , accessori bagno e barbecue visto il vasto assortimento e la possibilità di trovare le ultime novità in termini di design ed efficienza !! Ho trovato l’intero staff molto organizzato e preciso nella stesura degli ordini e soprattutto nei tempi di consegna ma devo ringraziare immensamente la Sig. Nadia Papadonno con cui ho instaurato da subito un rapporto di empatia, quasi di amicizia. Infatti , aldilà delle sue competenze professionali e organizzative, che le ho trovate impeccabili, grazie alla sua pluriennale conoscenza della materia , è riuscita ,appuntamento su appuntamento , a realizzare materialmente ciò che l’architetto aveva progettato per noi sempre però accompagnato da un sorriso, un buon caffè e quattro chiacchiere che rendono il tutto molto più leggero e contemporaneamente efficace ! Alla prossima Nadia …. ci aspetta la tavernetta ???
My husband and I have recently renovated the house and we turned to De Gregoris for the supply of the necessary, ranging from parquet to wallpaper, from sanitary ware to heated towel rails passing through coatings, bathroom accessories and barbecues given the vast assortment and the possibility to find the latest in terms of design and efficiency !! I found the entire staff very organized and precise in drafting orders and especially in delivery times, but I have to thank Ms. Nadia Papadonno immensely with whom I immediately established a relationship of empathy, almost friendship. In fact, beyond her professional and organizational skills, which I found impeccable, thanks to her many years of knowledge of the subject, she managed, appointment by appointment, to materially realize what the architect had planned for us, but always accompanied by a smile, a good coffee and a chat that make everything much lighter and at the same time effective! Until next time Nadia…. the tavern awaits us ???

SEGNALO TRA L ALTRO UNA COSA CHE MI È CAPITATA PERSONALMENTE, stesso identico materiale di degregoris Sonnino e stranamente a quello di Sonnino il prezzo più basso E NON DI POCO ,tanto da partire e andare a quello di Sonnino per comprare. Una volta a mio avviso era molto più professionale , ho comprato negli anni svariati articoli . Forse ho beccato una signora (spero non una delle titolari ) con poca voglia di lavorare. Cliente perso, Dopo aver fatto 100 km per attivare a l altro degregoris per comprare lo stesso prodotto a un prezzo decisamente più basso.

MORE THAN ONE THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME PERSONALLY, the exact same material as degregoris Sonnino and strangely the lowest price to Sonnino's, AND NOT LITTLE, so much so that you can leave and go to Sonnino's to buy. Once in my opinion it was much more professional, I have bought several items over the years. Maybe I caught a lady (I hope not one of the owners) with little desire to work. Lost customer, After having traveled 100 km to activate another degregoris to buy the same product at a much lower price.
