R	Roberto Petruzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale enorme, ma con pochi tavoli, visto le direttive covid. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ma attendere 11 pizze, quasi due ore, è veramente intollerabile. Prezzi competitivi, qualità della pizza un poco al di sotto delle aspettative. Problemi anche con il pagamento POS. Per fortuna eravamo molti e con gli amici, tutto passa. Non tornerò, anche se i prezzi sono veramente concorrenziali. Huge venue, but with few tables, given the covid directives. Friendly and helpful staff. But waiting for 11 pizzas, almost two hours, is really intolerable. Competitive prices, the quality of the pizza a little below expectations. Problems with POS payment too. Luckily we were many and with friends, everything passes. I will not return, even if the prices are really competitive.

Ho trovato dei proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti, porzioni abbondanti ed un servizio veloce ed efficiente. La giornata di sole ha fatto il resto consentendoci di mangiare nei tavoli all'esterno. Piatti di pesce Freschissimo e ben cucinato. Antipasto abbondante e vario. Assolutamente consigliato! I stopped here by chance on my way back from an inspection point I was looking for a place to eat something simple and abundant since I was hungry! I found the owners very kind and welcoming, generous portions and fast and efficient service. The sunny day did the rest allowing us to eat at the tables outside. Fish dishes Very fresh and well cooked. Plentiful and varied appetizer. Absolutely recommended!

In questo semplice posto si trova la vera e buona cucina di un tempo. i piatti ricchi ma al tempo stesso genuini e curati. I sapori rispecchiano la tradizione di voler soddisfare e valorizzare il cliente. Assolutamente stupendi ed encomiabili sono il servizio e tutte le persone che vi lavorano . I costi sono molto buoni . I am of the opinion that this is one of the best places in the area located on the Pontina towards Rome, where you really eat well, of quality and with a lot of transparency on everything. In this simple place you can find the real and good cuisine of the past. the dishes are rich but at the same time genuine and cared for. The flavors reflect the tradition of wanting to satisfy and enhance the customer. Absolutely wonderful and commendable are the service and all the people who work there. The costs are very good.

Anche le pizze davvero squisite inoltre, avendo problemi di intolleranza, ho chiesto una pizza completamente personalizzata.. il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile portandomi una focaccia con le verdure deliziosa. Hanno superato di lunga le aspettative! 5 stelle. Excellent cuisine and pizzeria! There were 4 of us and we took 2 pizzas and 2 sautéed mussels and clams. The fish was very fresh and flavorful, really good. The pizzas are also really delicious and, having problems of intolerance, I asked for a completely personalized pizza .. the staff was extremely helpful bringing me a delicious focaccia with vegetables. They far exceeded expectations! 5 stars.

Per il resto, Bibò è una trattoria- pizzeria situata al km 83 della Pontina, comodamente raggiungibile e dotata di ampio parcheggio. Si mangia all'esterno sotto confortevoli tende e gazebi, e siccome è in un avvallamento del terreno il rumore della strada è attutito. Il personale è rustico e accogliente, la cucina semplice, abbondante e gustosa. Ottima la pizza, sottile e condita, non salata, molto piacevole. Sulla pizza Caprese ci saranno stati 3 etti di splendida Mozzarella di Bufala. Ho gustato una grigliata mista di carne (vedi foto) veramente eccellente, carne di qualità cotta perfettamente. La porzione, offerta a 20 euro, è abbondante per due persone. Il proprietario va molto orgoglioso del manzo irlandese che serve, ma come gli ho detto di persona MOLTO meglio il pollo (un petto che anche grigliato è rimasto tenero e succoso) e il maiale locali. For the rest, Bibò is a trattoria-pizzeria located at km 83 of the Pontina, easily accessible and equipped with ample parking. You eat outside under comfortable tents and gazebos, and since it is in a hollow in the ground, the noise of the street is muffled. The staff is rustic and welcoming, the cuisine simple, abundant and tasty. Excellent pizza, thin and seasoned, unsalted, very pleasant. On the Caprese pizza there will have been 3 ounces of splendid buffalo mozzarella. I enjoyed a truly excellent mixed grill of meat (see photo), quality meat cooked perfectly. The portion, offered at 20 euros, is generous for two people. The owner takes great pride in the Irish beef he serves, but as I personally told him MUCH better the local chicken (a breast that is still tender and juicy when grilled) and pork.
