Aggiornamento: io ho giΓ parlato con il centro assistenza e la chat di mondo convenienza ,e mi hanno detto che devo aspettare il prossimo scarico che non si sa quando avverra' e che anche avendo prenotato mesi fa se non rispondo a telefono vanno avanti con la lista, e come un quiz televisivo se rispondo in tempo riesco ad avere il divano ....segue primo messaggio...Ho ordinato in data 15/11/21 un divano con consegna prevista in data 23/01/22 al 29/01/22,ho provato oggi tramite chat e poi via telefono per chiedere della mia situazione che tra l'altro la controllavo tutti i giorni nel area fai da te e mi dava sempre stato in lavorazione, ma mi dicono che hanno provato a contattare una volta sola il 25/01/22 alle 12.25 e poi basta e sono passati avanti con la lista, cioe nemmeno a riprovare nel pomeriggio, se uno non risponde o sta lavorando oppure in quel momento non puΓ², comunque adesso mi hanno detto che non si sa quando mi consegneranno il divano e quindi farΓ² un reclamo ,se io ho ordinato un articolo e c'Γ¨ una prioritΓ devo esserci io in lista ma come si trattano i clienti
Update today 10/02/22 in reference to the answer given to me by the owner of world convenience, I am still waiting after six days for my case to be resolved and I have not yet been contacted by assistance, can you solve me by intervening? β β β β β Not too big but full of furniture, beautiful furniture. Some prices are cheap but BEWARE of customizing any kind of stuff, the price is about THE PRODUCT YOU SEE IN THE SHOWCASE, if you change the color, the knob or any other kind of stuff the price will quaduplicate.

β β β β β The shop is ok. Furniture is exactly what it advertised for: "our strength is in the price". Low prices for average quality furniture, as in any other Mondo Convenienza shop.
But this specific shop is soooo badly organised! You're on your own when choosing the furniture. If you need further information (e.g. if a specific item is available in more colours than what's on display) you have to queue at the cash and wait 10 to 20 minutes in line to simply give your name, then wait some time more for an employee to come and help. Once you've chosen you queue up again in the same line and wait to reach the one and only open cash. Paying is as slow and painful as can be.
