A	Alessandra Altini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutti! Sono stata in questo luogo avantieri e ne sono rimasta un po' delusa. Leggendo 5 stelle mi aspettavo di meglio. Invece ho riscontrato non molta eccellenza. Per prima cosa, il costo è stato molto elevato: sono stata in altri saloni dove con 30 euro ho avuto taglio e messa in piega. Qui invece la messa in piega (farmi fare i capelli mossi) l'ho dovuta pagare altre 30 euro, per un totale, quindi, di 60 euro. Mia madre, invece, ha pagato colore, taglio e messa in piega 95 euro. Costo esagerato, dato che ci troviamo al sud Italia e non al nord ed esagerato perché in altri saloni abbiamo trovato comunque qualità e professionalità alla metà. Dopodiché, riteniamo che il taglio che che ci hanno fatto non sia molto rifinito, ma i capelli sembrano un po' disordinati. Hello everyone! I have been to this place before and I was a little disappointed. Reading 5 stars I expected better. Instead I found not much excellence. First of all, the cost was very high: I went to other salons where with 30 euros I had a haircut and styling. Here, on the other hand, I had to pay another 30 euros for the styling (to have wavy hair done), for a total of 60 euros. My mother, on the other hand, paid 95 euros for color, haircut and styling. Exaggerated cost, given that we are in southern Italy and not in the north and exaggerated because in other salons we have found quality and professionalism in the middle. After that, we feel that the cut they gave us is not very finished, but the hair looks a bit messy.

Mi hanno spiegato, solo in fase di pagamento, che il costo dello stesso era aumentato. Serietà e professionalità vogliono che i prezzi siano chiari, esposti e non generati ad personam. Anche nel caso fosse stato vero (cmq un aumento di €50 su un trattamento mi sembra eccessivo) sarebbe stato quantomeno gentile, visto il rincaro notevole, avvisare la sottoscritta cliente. They explained to me, only during the payment phase, that the cost of the same had increased. Reliability and professionalism want prices to be clear, exposed and not generated ad personam. Even if it had been true (cmq an increase of € 50 on a treatment seems excessive to me) it would have been at least polite, given the significant increase, to notify the undersigned customer.
G	Giusy Susca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di conoscere questo salone ero davvero disperata. I miei capelli erano molto danneggiati in seguito a tinte aggressive e decolorazioni. Davide e il suo staff hanno fatto un lavoro eccezionale. Oltre ad essere soddisfatta del colore e del taglio , i capelli sono diventati quasi per magia morbidi e lisci grazie ai trattamenti anticrespo e alla cheratina. che dire...non andrò mai più da nessun'altro parrucchiere!!! Before I met this salon I was really desperate. My hair was very damaged from aggressive dyes and bleaching. Davide and his staff did an exceptional job. In addition to being satisfied with the color and cut, the hair almost magically became soft and smooth thanks to the anti-frizz and keratin treatments. what to say ... I will never go to any other hairdresser !!!
