★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo siamo incappati in questa sfortunatissima ordinazione. Abbiamo ordinato patate al forno e sono arrivate patate fritte, ma non è tanto grave questa cosa. Quello che è al limite della truffa è che abbiamo ordinato 2 porzioni di arrosticini, il menù portava 20 pezzi a porzione, quindi sarebbero dovuti arrivare 40 pezzi. A casa hanno portato solo 12 pezzi, a meno che il ragazzo delle consegne abbia mangiato strada facendo, all'appello mancano 28 pezzi, quindi ho pagato per qualcosa che non ho ricevuto, ditemi voi come chiamate questa cosa. Ma la cosa che mi ha convinto a scrivere questa recensione è il fatto che ho chiamato per lamentarmi dell'accaduto, ma l'uomo che ha risposto al telefono, non si è scusato per l'errore o cercato di rimediare con un rimborso, ha farfugliato delle scuse parlando di pesi misure ecc. ma come si possono mai confondere 40 arrosticini con 12? Capisco l'errore ok. Ma preso in giro e palesemente truffato no.
Unfortunately we ran into this very unfortunate order. We ordered baked potatoes and fries arrived, but that's not that bad. What is on the edge of the scam is that we ordered 2 portions of kebabs, the menu was 20 pieces per portion, so 40 pieces should have arrived. They brought home only 12 pieces, unless the delivery guy ate on the way, 28 pieces are missing, so I paid for something I didn't get, you tell me what you call this. But the thing that convinced me to write this review is the fact that I called to complain about it, but the man who answered the phone, didn't apologize for the mistake or try to fix it with a refund, did mumbled apologies talking about weights, measures etc. but how can 40 arrosticini be confused with 12? I understand the mistake ok. But made fun of and blatantly cheated no.
