★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on Oct 24.After a week biking in Puglia eating pasta/fish, as an Irishman, I needed meat ?. I had a wonderfully tasty Tbone, masterfully cut by the butcher next-door and beautifully cooked to be presented in the restaurant. A special thanks to Marcel??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really interesting concept. You go to butcher's first, choose your favorite meat and they prepare it right at the spot with sides and drinks. Don't forget dessert. It was so good my mom liked it more than anything else ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Bari and I wanted steak. Our host recommended this place and it was fantastic! You pick your meat from the butcher shop on the corner. They have a terrific selection, skewers, steaks, burgers, sausages. You order your sides and drinks in the restaurant.
Our butcher, Alessandro, was extremely nice and patient - I don't speak much Italian and he spoke enough English to get us by. Alessandro made excellent recommendations and we enjoyed a great meal for ~€25. Although you could spend double that if you're big eaters, and it would be absolutely worth it.
