★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, bocciato un lavoro da un tecnico solo guardando delle foto, non mi hanno neanche chiesto le misure. Quando chiedo gentilmente se un tecnico anche a pagamento poteva uscire per visionare dal vero lo spazio, mi viene risposto che la risposta sarebbe sempre la stessa, allora specifico che ho 3 metri dal suolo al punto massimo dove dovrei mettere la pergola e mi viene risposto che sono pochi e non c'è posto. Io ho contattato altri 2 posti, ed ho già confermato il mio preventivo senza nessun problema, anzi avendo già una struttura portante ho potuto fare delle aggiunte molto belle.
Bad experience, rejected a job by a technician just looking at the photos, they didn't even ask me for the measurements. When I kindly ask if a technician, even for a fee, could go out to view the space in real life, I am told that the answer would always be the same, so I specify that I have 3 meters above the ground at the maximum point where I should put the pergola and I am told that they are few and there is no place. I contacted 2 other places, and I have already confirmed my quote without any problem, indeed having already a supporting structure I was able to make some very nice additions.
