Mi hanno chiesto di lasciare lo scontrino per la ricerca, non si trovava, sono tornata ed era scomparso. Niente scuse o sostituzioni , anzi” tanto non si poteva riparare” . Che correttezza! M	Mario Onesto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato in riparazione ferro da stiro polti a caldaia. Dopo 2 settimane devo sollecitare in quanto si erano persi per strada... in 2 giorni riparano il ferro. Prima riparazione non funzionante, il vapore non esce , faccio presente e molto scortesemente mi dicono che i loro tecnici controllano sempre le riparazioni (a quanto pare non sempre...) Successivamente riparano nuovamente il ferro sostituendolo con uno usato pieno di calcare, e lasciano la caldaia mezza aperta da un lato tanto che si intravedono i cavi elettrici interni. Ferro usato 1 settimana e poi buttato. Morale della favola 85 euro buttati nel cesso Mi rifiuto di tornare la terza volta perchè immagino già di sentirmi dire che è colpa mia Consiglio: se avete un ferro da stiro Polti guasto buttatelo e compratene uno nuovo... non date soldini a questi signori che non ne vale la pena. Andateci almeno una volta per elettrodomestici nuovi o vecchi e ci tornerete sempre. Ci andavo negli anni 70/80 con mio papà e ci vado tuttora. You are from Brescia and you need spare parts for household appliances of all kinds, surely from Carlino you find it. Go there at least once for new or old appliances and always will stay there again. I went there in the 70s / 80s with my dad and I still go there.
