Niente a che vedere con costosi abiti di sartoria, ma comunque ispirati a tagli eleganti e fantasie classiche. Il punto vendita di via Tiburtina è fornito e ha molte alternative tra cui scegliere. Il personale è educato e preparato. Nice chain store that offers classic clothing in modern cut. Prices are adjusted to the quality of the garments that are aesthetically sought after. Nothing to do with expensive tailoring clothes, but still inspired by elegant cuts and classic patterns. The via Tiburtina store is stocked and has many alternatives to choose from. The staff is polite and prepared.

Ieri mattina, invece, a Roma Tiburtina ho ricevuto servizio pessimo, avevo voglia di andar via. Sono entrata e non sono stata accolta nè servita da nessuno, ho dovuto chiedere consiglio per un regalo ad una mia amica e per di più, dopo aver pagato, la commessa (quasi annoiata) anziché farmi la confezione regalo, mi ha messo ciò che avevo comprato nella busta e ha buttato dentro tre adesivi per chiuderla facendomi capire che avrei dovuto farlo da sola. Servizio pessimo! I have been many times to Dan John's (almost always in Milan), an excellent shop, of quality and I have always been welcomed and served with kindness. Yesterday morning, however, in Roma Tiburtina I received bad service, I wanted to leave. I went in and was not welcomed or served by anyone, I had to ask for advice for a gift from a friend of mine and moreover, after paying, the saleswoman (almost bored) instead of giving me the gift box, she put what I had bought in the envelope and threw in three stickers to close it making me understand that I should have done it myself. Bad service!

Si sono dedicati a noi con allegria, simpatia, cordialità e tanta professionalità consigliandoci e dedicandoci il tempo di cui necessitavamo. Ma vorrei soffermarmi sulla gentilezza professionalità e disponibilità della signora che mi ha servito: Ero di corsa e disperato per un problema con la mia camicia nonché emotivamente provato una situazione che dovevo affrontare. La signora si è messa a disposizione ed addirittura mi ha stirato la camicia permettendomi di arrivare in orario al mio appuntamento e sistemato di tutto punto. Davvero complimenti per la sua disponibilità e grazie. Ci vediamo presto. The shop is well stocked great products at a great price which I will definitely be back for. I found out and stopped by accident. But I would like to focus on the kindness, professionalism and availability of the lady who served me: I was in a hurry and desperate for a problem with my shirt as well as emotionally felt a situation that I had to face. The lady made herself available and even ironed my shirt allowing me to arrive on time for my appointment and arranged everything. Really congratulations for your availability and thanks.
