★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo telefonato per sapere se avevano borse dell'acqua calda elettriche, mi hanno risposto che l'avevano, quando sono arrivata in negozio dopo circa 3 ore dalla telefonata erano finite, sono più che sicura che l'avevano già finite prima della telefonata e che non hanno voluto controllare... Non mi piace la superficialità, hanno perso una cliente
I had phoned to find out if they had electric hot water bottles, they replied that they had it, when I arrived at the shop after about 3 hours from the phone call they were finished, I am more than sure that they had already finished it before the call and that they didn't want to check ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo spesso in questo negozio perché trovo sempre ottime offerte e prodotti di ogni genere. Oltre a questo il personale è sempre gentile e in particolare un commesso che non avevo mai visto mi ha saputa aiutare e consigliare come purtroppo non succede più nella maggior parte dei negozi.

I often come to this shop because I always find great offers and products of all kinds. In addition to this the staff is always polite and in particular a salesman I had never seen knew how to help and advise me as unfortunately no longer happens in most shops.
