★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Kind of racist too. Sales consultant didn't allow Asian customer(talking about other customers) to touch any product (I'm not Asian) . I tried a jacket and as soon as she saw this she attacked me and put some pressure on me to buy it. Before leaving, manager ( she looked like so) asked me and my gf to wait for a second to check cameras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a belt that was displayed outside. The woman was rude and pointed out at some belt that they have without even asking how the belt that I saw look like. She also seems to not know the entire shops ( Or did want to bother herself - I'm leaning for that scenario) as I was the one who showed her the belt that didn't not even mentioned among the offer. The articles looks good but I'm sorry for the poor staff that they have and that don't give you any motivation to buy from there. not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a wrong size of pants, was in hurry to the airport and looks these guys just slipped a much smaller size when they took the pants to the cash register. Be careful here and always double check what they put in your bag on the cash register

He found the best clothes for my husband and we bought 3 suits one jacket, two sunglasses and trousers! All in excellent discount! Thanks Marco! You are the best! We ll come back in January!!!!

At home I saw it was broken. We went back to another Dan John and said we had to go to the store where we bought it because it wasn’t wright.
In that store the man told me the shirt was fine. He took some scissors and denied the problem. And he didn’t want to help us anymore. Eventually I changed it for an other type. We had to wait for him while he wasn’t busy
