X	Xheni Bardhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto a che fare con un agente immobiliare cosi aggressiva, maleducata e assolutamente non professionale che alla fine ho deciso di non vedere neanche l'appartamento che ero interessata. Ho chiesto se il mio notaio poteva vedere i documenti della casa prima che firmassi la proposta d'acquisto e mi ha risposto che lei non vende cipolle e nel caso che è stato dichiarato il falso allora li darà il proprietario il doppio della somma versata cosa che non è vera. Li ho detto che mi ha consigliato cosi il mio avvocato e il mio notaio e mi ha risposto che me la vado a trovare la casa da loro allora. Infine li ho detto che una volta che io firmo quel documento diventa un contratto preliminare e non cosi facile come lo fa lei. e lei ha continuato dicendomi che cmq non farà vedere i documenti e mi ha ripetutamente detto che è stata pure cortese che mi ha risposto 3 volte dicendomi che non me li farà mai vedere questi documenti prima per questioni di privacy. Sembrava che mi stava facendo un favore che mi ha pure aperto il telefono... Mentre ci dirigiamo verso l'immobile, invio un messaggio all'agente immobiliare per dire che, a causa del traffico, avremmo avuto 10 minuti di ritardo (venivamo dall'altra parte della città). L'agente immobiliare non visualizza nemmeno il messaggio. Arrivati sul luogo, provo a chiamarla, ma non risponde. Invio un messaggio, ma non risponde. Noi eravamo sotto l'immobile ad aspettarla, ma lei sparita. Dopo circa 10 minuti mi manda un messaggio dicendo che aveva provato a chiamarmi (cosa assolutamente non vera) per dirmi che il proprietario dell'immobile doveva scappare e lei, non avendo le chiavi, non poteva farci vedere l'immobile e quindi non aveva senso aspettarci. Non curandosi assolutamente del fatto che noi potessimo arrivare dall'altra parte della città e senza nemmeno avvisarci in tempo, ha deciso di andarsene, senza degnarsi di scusarsi di persona. Chiamato l'agente di ha riferito che aveva fatto già visitare la casa ad un'altra coppia (senza chiederne le generalità a quanto pare) scambiandola per noi e che non avrebbe più potuto farci visionare lo stabile perché era "dall'altra parte di Milano". Oggi vedo l'annuncio ri-pubblicato come "Nuovo annuncio" eppure non sono mai stata richiamata per avere informazioni e poterlo visionare. Mancano di professionalità! Sconsiglio. I have contacted the agency 3 times in the last year (maybe more!) For an announcement of an office for sale in via Teodolinda in Monza. Today I see the announcement re-published as "New announcement" yet I have never been called back for information and to be able to view it. They lack professionalism! I do not recommend.
