After booking an appointment to conclude a contract for an apartment in Milan, I was told the night before through a simple message that the price for the monthly rent was raised without adding any kind of explanations and, the morning after, they deleted my appointment while I was coming on train (the appointment was decided days before and I've bought expensive tickets just to sign the contract). No other explanations were added for their behavior and I missed an entire day without concluding nothing. Il servizio offerto è stato pessimo. Dopo aver fissato un appuntamento per concludere un contratto per un appartamento a Milano, sono stato informato la sera prima attraverso un semplice messaggio che il canone mensile era aumentato senza fornirmi alcuna spiegazione e, la mattina seguente, hanno cancellato l'appuntamento mentre stavo raggiungendo il luogo (l'appuntamento era stato deciso giorni prima and ho dovuto comprare dei biglietti molto costosi solo per recarmi a firmare il contratto).
