★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato queste borse vendute per "NUOVE" per un regalo di compleanno e sono rimasto deluso dallo stato di una di esse.
Consumata, ingiallita e con fibbie arrugginite.. il prodotto era venduto come nuovo e dalle foto non si evidenziava nessun tipo di difetto.
Come si evince una è illibata mentre l'altra è stata chiaramente utilizzata ed accoppiata per la vendita.
Ho contattato il venditore telefonicamente chiedendo spiegazioni e per esprire il mio malcontento, mi è stato risposto che le borse non erano assolutamente state utilizzate ma che erano consumate dal tempo.. (mi chiedo come una possa essere consumata dal tempo e l'altra no....)
Mi è stato proposto il reso se proprio non le volevo (a mie spese come la spedizione iniziale da me organizzata) e il rimborso, peccato sia un regalo di compleanno per questa sera e non ho più la possibilità di cambiare per non presentarmi a mani vuote.
Sarebbe bastato scrivere una descrizione prodotto più dettagliata e mettere delle foto più chiare, non avrei mai proceduto all'acquisto per questa cifra (80€ la coppia)... considerando poi che in rete USATE e conservate meglio si trovano a meno.
Sottolineo che all'interno delle borse c'era un preventivo per un Piaggio Sì a 800€ (probabilmente quello che le montava) e un cartellino con il prezzo delle borse scritto a mano, 75€ ...

 I bought these bags sold for "NEW" for a birthday present and was disappointed with the condition of one of them.
Worn, yellowed and with rusty buckles .. the product was sold as new and no defect was evident from the photos.
As can be seen one is unbound while the other has been clearly used and coupled for sale.
I contacted the seller by phone asking for explanations and to express my discontent, I was replied that the bags had not been used at all but that they had been worn out over time .. (I wonder how one can be consumed by time and the other not. ...)
I was offered a return if I really didn't want it (at my expense as the initial shipment organized by me) and a refund, too bad it's a birthday present for this evening and I no longer have the opportunity to change to not show up empty-handed .
It would have been enough to write a more detailed product description and put clearer photos, I would never have made the purchase for this amount (80 € the pair) ... considering that on the net USED and stored better they are less.
I emphasize that inside the bags there was a quote for a Piaggio Sì at € 800 (probably the one that mounted them) and a tag with the price of the handwritten bags, € 75 ...
We are not a star when it comes to selling accessories.

L'acquisto ed il ritiro della moto è stato talmente facile e veloce che il Sig. Dal Bello Fulvio (81 anni) fondatore dell'azienda, ha insistito per offrirci uno spritz! Ringrazio tutti, Marika e Franco per la loro disponibilità e sempre con il sorriso!!

Dal Bello Moto is an amazing company in terms of size, brands, services, workshop, accessories, spare parts and staff. We came here by chance from Puglia with fury! The purchase and collection of the bike was so easy and fast that Mr. Dal Bello Fulvio (81 years old), founder of the company, insisted on offering us a spritz! I thank everyone, Marika and Franco for their availability and always with a smile !!
I recommend everyone to drop by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho conosciuto la concessionaria tramite annuncio su subito.it e mi sono recato a visionare la vespa in vendita. personale gentilissimo dai venditori alle ragazze in segreteria - location perfetta - accordo trovato in 10 minuti - pagato acconto - consegnato documenti e la vespa e il libretto mi sono stati consegnati a Brescia (!) GRATIS nel giro di pochi giorni. super ! grazie mille ragazzi!
I met the dealership through an ad on immediately.it and I went to view the Vespa for sale. very kind staff from the sellers to the girls in the office - perfect location - agreement found in 10 minutes - deposit paid - documents delivered and the vespa and the booklet were delivered to me in Brescia (!) FREE within a few days. super! thank you so much guys!

Se volete andare sul sicuro non andate da Dal Bello Moto - Conegliano.
Ho avuto problemi con dei pezzi della moto ambigui- cioè sembrano stati cambiati con dei pezzi più vecchi- dopo averla portata dal loro meccanico.
Confrontandomi con degli amici (frequentatori del posto) è saltato fuori che hanno avuto a che fare con le medesime diatribe.

Very, very disappointed.
If you want to be on the safe side, don't go to Dal Bello Moto - Conegliano.
I have had problems with some ambiguous parts of the bike - that is, they seem to have been replaced with older parts - after taking it to their mechanic.
Confronting with friends (local visitors) it turned out that they had to deal with the same diatribes.

Doppio mi hanno fatto anche dei danni al cerchio! La moto ha 4000 km aveva le gomme ancora di fabbrica della casa madre e mai incidentata!!!! E mi hanno risposto che c’erano già se senza ripagarmi dei danni al cerchio… in più l’equilibratura al posteriore non me la hanno fatta !!!

Double have also done me some damage to the rim! The bike has 4000 km, it still had the factory tires of the parent company and never crashed !!!! And they replied that they were already there if without repaying me for the damage to the rim ... plus they didn't do the rear balance !!!
I do not recommend this place as a workshop
